Q: Do I need to approve every repair?
A: We will discuss an approval threshold at onboarding. We’ll contact you for anything above that amount unless it's an emergency.

Q: Can I do my own make readies?
A: Yes. We will still provide a move out inspection and list of repairs needed to prepare the property for the next tenant.
